Responsibilities

• Clean tables quickly and prepare for resetting with clean service ware.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Greet guests in a courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter.
• Transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
