Loews Philadelphia Hotel is seeking a friendly Restaurant Busperson to maintain clean dining spaces and assist servers in delivering a warm guest experience. You will help keep tables ready, stock service areas, and respond to guest requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced dining preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware and menus.
• Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments and guest requests.
• Refill water and beverages as needed to maintain flow.
• Maintain dining areas, floors, service stations and tray stands; remove trash and keep areas tidy.
• Respond promptly to spills to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins and condiments.
• Assist with restocking items needed during service.
• Help prepare dining areas for the next shift.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests.
• Regular attendance and adherence to standards; may include varied schedules.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings; perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

• Regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include
