Job summary

Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Primary Purpose: Assists Wait Staff in providing service to customers. Stocks, removes, and resets dishes, glassware, flatware, table linens and other related restaurant supplies.

• Removes soiled or unused dishes, glassware, flatware, table linens or other related restaurant supplies from customers' tables.
• Resets tables as necessary.
• Stocks dining areas and assists with table settings.
• Serves beverages, refills water, coffee and tea as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dining room areas
• Performs other duties as assigned.
