The newly renovated Hilton Garden Inn Mystic/Groton is looking to add a service-driven candidate to the restaurant team as a Bartender & Server.

This is a part-time position with potential to grow into a full-time role. See below for duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting guests and seating them at clean tables.
2. Bringing waters and menus to tables shortly after guest arrival.
3. Taking food and drink orders, and making suggestions if requested.
4. Communicating orders to the kitchen via POS system.
5. Making drinks according to approved recipes.
6. Serving food and drinks to guests.
7. Checking on guests to ensure satisfaction and addressing any issues.
8. Clearing plates when guests are finished eating.
9. Offering desserts or the check once tables are cleared.
10. Collecting payments from guests.
11. Cleaning and organizing the restaurant at the end of your shift.
12. Performing all duties promptly, friendly, and organized manner.

Shift hours are 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm; weekends and holidays are required.
