DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Phoenix is seeking a friendly bartender/server to deliver warm beverage service to hotel guests. You will prepare alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, take orders, and process payments in a fast-paced setting.
Applicants should have bartending or serving experience, a valid TIPS certification, and an Arizona Food Handler Card. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

What you will do:
Provide warm, attentive food and beverage service to hotel guests
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
Take orders accurately and process payments
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, and service areas
Follow hotel service standards, safety procedures, and brand expectations
Work closely with kitchen and hotel team members to deliver great service
What we are looking for:
Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred (hotel experience a plus!)
TIPS certification required
Arizona Food Handler Card required
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and guest safety
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Physical requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25–35 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
