Ralph's American Grill is seeking a Bartender to join our team! The Bartender is responsible for ensuring all guests are served promptly, efficiently, courteously, and enthusiastically, and for preparing/pouring beverages according to the bar manual.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and recipes served at the bar, following all procedures outlined in the manual.
• Charge correct prices for drinks and maintain proper controls at the service and main bar, ensuring all drinks are rung up.
• Account for all guest checks, cash, and credit cards; balance the drawer at the end of the shift.
• Participate in bar maintenance, cleaning, stocking, and setup.
• Taste juices and mixes, check garnishes for freshness and quality.
• Protect the liquor license by checking IDs properly, not serving intoxicated persons, and following local liquor laws and company procedures.
• Restock liquor bottles and maintain accurate bottle par levels.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.
• Keep a neat and clear bar and floor.
• Perform any other duties requested by management.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, And Abilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous restaurant experience.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Highly organized.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent guest perception.
