Job summary

Maxime’s, a private member’s club on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, seeks a talented Barista to join our world-class hospitality team. Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will craft exceptional coffees and beverages, delivering personalised service in a refined space.

Ideal candidates will have Barista experience in fine dining or luxury hotel environments, strong espresso technique, and a passion for guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Barista in fine dining, Michelin-star settings, or luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of espresso equipment and dialing in.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to craft high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas and specialty beverages with consistency.

Maxime’s is a private member’s club by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.

We are seeking a talented Barista to join our world- class hospitality brigade. Reporting to our Bar Manager, the Barista will work closely with the Servers/Captains and other front-of-house team members to create personalized service with a focus on quality and detail. By crafting exceptional coffees and beverages, they contribute to the ambiance of the club, creating a welcoming and refined space.
