Salad Collective, the umbrella behind MAD Greens and Snappy Salads, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations in Peoria, AZ. You will lead a team, manage staffing, training, scheduling and inventory to ensure top hospitality and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing restaurant teams and developing staff.
• Strong communication and leadership to motivate diverse employees.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, scheduling, training, and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation and training to introduce MAD Greens Philosophy and company standards.
• Assist in developing employees by providing ongoing feedback and setting performance expectations.
• Ensure proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and assets.
• Provide direction to staff on operational and procedural issues.
• Interview hourly employees and support hiring, supervision, and termination processes.
• Assist in payroll, inventory, and other weekly/bi-weekly tasks with the General Manager.
