Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $40,000 - $44,000 annually plus quarterly bonuses

Experience: Management experience in retail or food service preferred

• Support daily operations of the store
• Lead, supervise, and train staff in product preparation and cleaning duties
• Manage costs and inventory
• Handle store scheduling
• Make sound decisions under pressure
• Assign tasks to staff effectively

Operational and Technical Skills:

• Cash handling and POS proficiency
• Education: High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree a plus
