Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Sand Springs, OK. You will focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience, ensuring quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory and staff schedules.

The role emphasizes safeguarding restaurant safety, supervising a 4-12 member team, and coordinating promotions and training to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience.
• Ensure that great food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful.
• Control inventory.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security.

• Assist in planning of special events and promotions in restaurant, coordinating any training needed to make events successful.
