Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations at our Clive, IA location. You will drive profitability, ensure guest satisfaction, and develop a team of 20-45 staff, reporting to the Restaurant General Manager.

You will oversee inventory, asset management, and safety procedures while coaching shifts coordinators and team members to improve performance and service speed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory costs and maintains inventory by performing daily, weekly and monthly inspections.
• Places and receives inventory truck orders.
• Maintains assets and ensures preventative maintenance of facility and equipment.
• Ensures cash control and security procedures are followed (e.g., safe counting, cash drawers).
• Motivates and directs team to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Provides coaching and feedback to shifts Coordinators and Team Members.
• Directs team toward efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
