Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, develop team talent, and ensure an exceptional guest experience—every shift. This hands-on role offers ownership and accountability for smooth restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.

You will recruit and coach staff, manage scheduling, uphold food safety, and drive sustainable financial results while fostering a positive, inclusive culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development and operational excellence.
• Sharp business acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with POS and scheduling systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead across all levels.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working long or irregular shifts as required by the business.
