Qualifications

• Preferred restaurant management experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work within a 15-mile radius of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for 8-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production and direct team members efficiently.
• Open and close the restaurant ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare inventory orders and set up cash tills accurately.
• Make delicious pizzas and other food products maintaining quality standards.
• Take customer orders over the phone and in person with enthusiasm.
• Hire, train, and motivate employees to deliver excellent service.
• Deliver orders when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth and expand customer base through excellent management.
