Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including:
• Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan
• Food Safety Certification and Manager Certification
• Ensure guest satisfaction by coaching and developing team members
• Create effective work schedules following company standards and laws
• Delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations
• Supervise and lead team members to meet goals
• Maintain service, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest and team member concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow all policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Maintain accurate records and utilize management tools
• Foster a positive team culture and morale
• Report safety, HR, and operational concerns appropriately
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license, insurance, reliable transportation
• Open availability, 5+ days/week, 32-48 hours/week
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Successful background check
• Leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• 1-3 years management experience required; restaurant management preferred
