Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store in Okemos, MI. You will hire, train, and lead associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week leadership training program is provided to accelerate your development. You should be flexible to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays; must have a high school diploma and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to move to a store within a 50 mile radius of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, directing and supervising store associates.
• Ensure guest experiences meet Panda standards.
• Support achievement of financial goals and store metrics.
• Participate in the leadership training program to develop management skills.
