Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification (ServSafe) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure consistent food safety and quality standards across shifts.
