McAlister’s Deli in Tyler, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will hire and train staff, supervise front of house and kitchen shifts, manage labor costs, and uphold Genuine Hospitality and safety standards while pursuing growth in management. We offer performance-based pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year of management related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and development of team members
• Running shifts front of house dining room and back of house kitchen
• Building our business through Genuine Hospitality
• Expense supervision when it comes to labor, food and product orders
• Interact with guests and ensure their experience in our restaurant is one-of-a-kind
