Qualifikationen

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop team to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Assist manager with scheduling and performance feedback.
• Ensure inventory par levels and ordering are maintained.
• Manage store KPIs and profitability to reduce waste.
• Support marketing events and promotions to increase store sales.
• Maintain store exterior and interior cleanliness and sanitation, and proper security procedures.
