Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Store 2745210Q in Jekyll Island, GA to support the Restaurant Manager and oversee daily operations, guest service, and team supervision. You will lead shifts, maintain cleanliness, uphold food safety, manage cash and inventory, and partner with management to meet financial and operational targets.

This full-time role requires flexible availability across days, evenings, weekends, and pre/post-opening hours.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability required; must be available during all hours of operation and pre/post opening
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations; coaches on food prep and production
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales and inventory; completes shift and end of day paperwork; reports discrepancies
• Partners with the Restaurant Manager and ensures financial and operational metrics are met
