Jersey Mike's Subs in Denver is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and building a high-performing team.

You will coach, develop, hire onboarding, oversee food quality and guest service, manage scheduling, and drive performance while maintaining Jersey Mike's standards. This role offers growth opportunities into General Manager and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members through positive leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Lead shifts while maintaining standards for quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality throughout each shift.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
