Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to work various shift times including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety adherence.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service outcomes.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and suggest opportunities to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
