Job summary

Braum's is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager-Food Service Supervisor to lead daily operations while upholding Braum's standards for service, food quality and guest satisfaction. You will coach the store crew, manage inventory, assist with scheduling, and ensure safety, cleanliness and policy compliance.

The position features a rotating 3-week schedule with a 45-hour work week and reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
• Work schedule: rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
• Reports to: Store Manager.
