Job summary

Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations across our food service, grocery market and fountain sales. You will coach the store crew, drive sales through top quality food and customer satisfaction, and work closely with the Store Manager to meet unit goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail Management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
