We are hiring for an Immediate Opening for the role of Restaurant Assistant Manager at Zaxby's Inc.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $21.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant delivers excellent guest experiences while maintaining operational standards.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Create work schedules and delegate shift responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness, quality, and service standards.
• Handle guest and team member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability, able to work at least 5 days and 32-48 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1-3 years of management experience; restaurant management preferred.
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and teamwork ability.
