Duties And Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including: Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan, Food Safety Certification, and Manager Certification
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations
• Ensure team members receive proper training, coaching, and development
• Create effective work schedules following company standards and laws
• Supervise, lead, and coach team members to meet goals
• Maintain service, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with performance reviews and team development
• Create a positive culture and team morale
• Handle guest and team member concerns timely and respectfully
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal standards
• Maintain records and utilize management tools
• Perform other duties as necessary

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation
• Open availability, 5+ days, 32-48 hours/week
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Background check successful
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, cooperative interaction
• 1-3 years management experience required; restaurant management preferred
