Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour

Duties And Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including: Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan, Food Safety Certification, and Manager Certification
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members exceed expectations
• Ensure proper training, coaching, and development of team members
• Create work schedules following standards and laws
• Supervise, lead, and coach team members to achieve goals
• Maintain service, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest and team member concerns timely and respectfully
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws
• Maintain accurate records and utilize management tools
• Perform other duties as necessary to ensure smooth operations

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Open availability, minimum 5 days, 32-48 hours/week
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Successful background check
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and cooperative attitude
• 1-3 years management experience, restaurant management preferred
