Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred.
• Experience teaching and training staff preferred.
• Strong personal and professional integrity.
• Ability to deal with confidential information with discretion.
• Thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Hands-on approach when needed.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness, safety and security protocols and ensuring proper food preparation and presentation.
• Addressing guest complaints, provide timely and friendly service, and actively engage with customers.
• Supervise, train, and develop team members to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory management, cost control, and maximizing profitability.
• Lead and motivate staff to meet daily goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Recruit, onboarding, and training new employees, and providing growth opportunities.
• Serve as a point of contact for staff, vendors, and internal teams.
