The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and budget awareness within a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate has restaurant management experience, the ability to supervise 5-10+ staff, and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work various shift times including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Ability to supervise and train 5-10+ employees.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and preparation.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash handling, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to meet service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
