McAlister’s Deli in Granbury, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and develop the team.

As an Assistant Manager level role, you will hire, train, and supervise staff, run shifts, manage labor and guest experience, and uphold Genuine Hospitality.

This position offers performance-based pay, bonuses, PTO, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) plan with match, free meals, and exclusive discounts.

Competenze

• One year of management related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.
