McAlister’s Deli in Longview, Texas is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to grow your leadership skills and help provide every guest with an exceptional experience.

You will hire, train and develop teammates, run shifts in front of house dining room and back of house kitchen, and supervise labor, food and product orders. Open availability (50 hours/week) and flexibility for opening, mid, and closing shifts are required; we offer comprehensive benefits and performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• One year of management related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and development of team members.
• Running successful shifts in the front of house dining room and back of house kitchen.

• Expense supervision when it comes to labor, food and product orders.
