You’ll assist the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, cash handling, reporting, inventory, and ensuring food safety and quality while building a strong service-focused team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing operations with annual sales over $1M.
• Experience reviewing budgets and P&L statements.
• Supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check; DOT may apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with food safety adherence.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and food prep.
• Assist Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to meet service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting, analyze P&L, and seize opportunities.
• Collaborate with Manager on talent acquisition.
