Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in casual dining.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• POS systems proficiency.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in operating the restaurant profitably within the established practices and procedures of Company Operations.
