Cowboy Chicken in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations and drive profitable sales growth. You will work with the General Manager to execute store procedures, mentor the team, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role includes a structured 6-week training program, tools for success, and performance-based promotion opportunities to the General Manager level. Stores close at 9 PM, so no late nights are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience managing restaurant operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience coaching and mentoring team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time position with about 50–55 hours per week; background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitable sales growth and lead store operations in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Lead the team in the GM's absence and mentor staff to deliver guest-focused service.
• Manage guest interactions and team development to uphold Cowboy Chicken standards.
• Participate in a structured 6-week training program and support performance-based advancement to General Manager.
