Marco’s Pizza in Hickory, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager who thrives on leading a team and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help manage daily operations, supervise up to 20 team members, and ensure quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Experience with scheduling and performance feedback.
• Experience with HR processes and procedures (scheduling, communication).
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Assist manager with hiring, retention and development of team members.
• Train team on company processes, customer service, and updated policies.
• Assist with HR tasks including scheduling and performance feedback.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Oversee inventory par levels and the ordering system.
• Provide great customer service and respond to complaints as needed.
• Manage P&L to reduce waste and ensure profitability of the store.
