Qualifications

• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.
• Ability to read and write effectively for communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, friendly service and uphold company standards.
• Lead and develop restaurant staff, conduct performance feedback and trainings.
• Monitor inventory, scheduling, sanitation, and safety programs.
• Oversee cost controls and daily paperwork; ensure compliance with health regulations.
