Atlas Franchise in Minnesota seeks an Assistant Manager to guide the team and assist in daily operations. You will help run shifts, train staff, and uphold company culture while delivering best-in-class customer service.

Responsibilities include sandwich prep, safety, cleanliness, and ongoing self-development. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with benefits such as vacation, sick time, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry.
• Must be a good coach to develop team.
• Must be coachable.
• Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.
