Assistant Restaurant Manager / Food Service Supervisor

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00 (Annual salary: $48,000 - $52,500)

Role and Responsibilities

1. Execute the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission, and values to ensure a great customer experience and maximize sales.
2. Recognize the importance of our team, fostering a positive environment that contributes to achieving unit goals.
3. Teach, coach, and lead store team members.
4. Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
5. Oversee daily operations of food service, grocery market, and fountain sales.
6. Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
7. Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

Work Schedule and Reporting

Work days vary based on a rotating 3-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour work week. Reports to the Store Manager.
