Manages daily operations of the assigned outlet(s) during a shift. Directly supervises servers, bartenders, bussers, and food runners (all front of house) and reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.
Involves supervising outlet operations, services, and product quality affecting the department on an assigned shift. Responsible for all front of house operations and indirectly for back of house standards. Participates in hiring, training, and development of staff, and ensures accountability for OJT manuals, SOPs, and coaching. Shares responsibility for budgets, profit and loss, and planning with the Outlet Manager. Ensures high standards of service, proper scheduling, compliance with policies, and asset management. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment and implementing training programs for quality service. Must be flexible to work any shift or day as needed.
Oversees the overall operation of the Banquet department, including hiring, development, budgeting, long-range planning, and event management. Ensures delivery of exceptional guest service, maintains safety standards, and coordinates with sales and kitchen staff for food presentation and customer satisfaction. Supervises staff, manages staffing levels, and ensures facilities are adequate and safe. Responsible for budget input, staff performance reviews, and acting as a role model to staff.
The scope of management duties includes interviewing, training, scheduling, evaluating, handling grievances, disciplining, planning, safety, security, and legal compliance.
This job may require obtaining a Missouri Gaming Commission license, with initial costs paid by the employee and renewals by the employer.
