Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, maintain focus.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew and set an example of excellent, friendly customer service.
• Guide the shift and motivate others to deliver quality subs.
• Make subs, run the register, clean, schedule, and perform other shift duties.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and a positive dining experience.
