Via 313 is seeking an Assistant Manager in Round Rock, TX to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a strong team. You will coach staff, maintain guest satisfaction, and drive profitability on every shift.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and growth, while delivering consistent quality and service across all shifts.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering great guest experiences.
• Reliable, adaptable, and ready to lead from the floor.

Salary

$50,000-$55,000 annually

Starting salary is based on experience and qualifications.

A Day in the Life

As a Via 313 Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside your restaurant leadership team to support daily operations, develop team members, and make sure we're delivering on our promise of Every Guest. Every Pizza. Every Experience.

You'll be present on the floor, leading by example and helping your team succeed during every shift.
