Job summary

Via313 is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Centennial, Colorado. You will partner with the management team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive sales while upholding food quality and safety standards.

As a hands-on leader with 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, you will coach and develop a high-performing team, ensuring reliable, organized operations and excellent hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Food Manager's Certification required.
• Valid TIPS Certification required.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado HFWA)
