Job summary

Atlas Franchise in Phoenix is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to guide the team, run daily operations, and deliver Freaky fast service. You will train staff, handle shift leadership, and represent the brand with a positive attitude.

Provide top-tier customer service while preparing Jimmy John’s sandwiches, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support recruiting efforts. The role emphasizes coaching, reliability, and growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry.
• Must be a good coach to develop the team.
• Must be coachable and able to handle customer and employee issues.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing; able to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.

• Adhere to policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook.
• Maintain and foster Company Culture.
• Prep and make sandwiches, including pulling meat and preparing veggies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and food safety.

Job Purpose

Provide FREAKY best-in-class customer service while preparing Jimmy John’s sandwiches.

Duties and Responsibilities

Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures

Maintain and foster Company Culture

Prep and make sandwiches (pull meat, prepare veggies, bake bread)

Maintain store cleanliness

Maintain Food Safety

Maintain Workplace Safety

Maintain Store and Equipment Safety

Slice and prep

Train team members, run shifts

Continuously maintain managerial self-development
