Job summary

Atlas Franchise is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide the team, run daily operations, and learn to advance within the company. You will provide best-in-class customer service while preparing Jimmy John’s sandwiches and supporting a positive, energetic work environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and maintaining high food safety and service standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• At least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in food.
• Good coach to develop team members.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Experience handling customer and employee issues.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.

Provide FREAKY best-in-class customer service while preparing Jimmy John’s sandwiches.
