Job summary

Atlas Franchise in Iowa is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide the team, run daily operations, and support a fast-paced environment.

You will provide best-in-class service while ensuring quality sandwiches and a positive team culture. This full-time, non-exempt role offers benefits including vacation, sick time, and health insurance, with opportunities for growth within the Jimmy John’s network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• At least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry.
• Must be a good coach to develop the team.
• Must be coachable.
• Must have experience dealing with customer and employee issues.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident and outgoing.
• Must memorize the Jimmy John's menu within 30 days and pass the test.

Provide FREAKY best-in-class customer service while preparing Jimmy John’s sandwiches.
