Salary:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.

Minimum Requirements:

• One year of management-related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Managing successful shifts in both front of house and back of house.
• Building the business through genuine hospitality.
• Supervising expenses related to labor, food, and product orders.
• Interacting with guests to ensure a memorable experience.
