Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Little Rock Marriott in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. You will support daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, train teams, and ensure top-notch service and culinary standards.

Lead with guest focus, collaborate with culinary, monitor feedback, and uphold safety. The role requires 2–3 years of supervisor experience and flexibility to work AM/PM shifts in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years supervisory or management experience in hotel F&B preferred.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management.
• Cash handling experience and ability to manage inventory.
• Must be able to obtain Hepatitis A within 10 days of hire.
• AM and PM shifts availability.
