Peerless Hospitality Concepts is a 4th generation family-owned business with a long tradition of serving our local community since 1938. We looking for a good assistant manager for BURG’r & BARREL, a full-service restaurant in downtown Johnson City. For the right candidate, this could mean a fast-track to general management for this location or for a planned exciting future restaurant in our local hospitality market.

Role Description: Full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Johnson City, TN.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations

Managing hospitality staff

Coordinating with all departments

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintaining inventory

Handling customer inquiries

Ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures & safe food handling requirements

Assisting in developing & implementing operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency with Southern hospitality

Qualifications:

Strong leadership & management skills

Experience in operations & inventory management

Excellent customer service & communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure & multitask with a positive outlook

Proficiency in relevant software tools & POS programs

Problem-solving & decision-making abilities

Ability to work independently & as part of a team

College degree preferred and/or equivalent field experience in the hospitality industry!
