Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary with bonus potential

Condado Tacos seeks expressive, knowledgeable, hospitality-driven Assistant Managers to support our restaurant operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the overall ambiance, appearance, and success of the front of house. Management engagement with all operational roles and active support for our teams are essential.

Daily focuses include:

• Prioritizing guest experience
• Ensuring quality and presentation standards
• Monitoring restaurant vibe and setting staff standards
• Talent acquisition, training, and support
• Serving the community as friends and family
• Adhering to health and safety standards
• Assisting with controlling costs, labor, and budgets
• Scheduling based on team strengths and business trends
• Collaborating on initiatives with GM and AGM
• Participating in hiring, training, and HR compliance
• Supervising side work and opening/closing procedures
• Managing inventory and ordering
• Tasting and quality checking food items
• Performing other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Passion for the industry with high service standards
• At least 1 year of restaurant management experience
• Interest in tacos, tequila, and beer
• Willing to work nights and weekends
• Commitment to health and safety standards
• Familiarity with scheduling, POS, invoicing, and inventory systems (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Stand or walk for 4-8 hours
• Frequently sit, stoop, bend, shake, stir, pour, reach
• Perform hand and wrist work, grasping, bending, twisting, fine manipulation
• Lift and carry 0-25 lbs frequently, 25-50 lbs occasionally, over 50 lbs rarely
