Job summary

McAlister's Deli in Texas is seeking a Restaurant Manager at the Assistant Manager level to lead teams on front-of-house and back-of-house, hire, train, and develop staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role offers growth into leadership with no late-night shifts after 10 p.m. and a comprehensive benefits package including performance-based pay, PTO, health/dental/vision, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with match, free meals, and exclusive discounts.

Annual Salary:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 / per year

Requirements:
