Job summary

McAlister’s Deli is hiring a Restaurant Manager at the Assistant Manager level to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will recruit and develop the team, manage daily shifts, and drive guest experience with Genuine Hospitality.

Expect salary in the $40k–$60k range with performance-based pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Open availability (50 hours/week) and the ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts are required.

Annual Salary:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 / per year
